OYO Hotel Killeen

Booked two rooms via booking.com, arrived at the hotel to be told no rooms, and that I need to cancel. The staff on reception would not cancel even though there were no rooms available. There was a cancellation fee attached to the booking however they told me to cancel yet they wouldn’t waiver the cancellation fee. The staff were not helpful and their attitude towards myself and my friend was horrible. This genuinely felt like a scam. Please stay away.
